For as long as we can remember, we have always enjoyed taking photos.
Tony says:
“I started off using my parents’ Kodak Brownie 44A camera when I could only have been 7 or 8, but my first “real” camera came in my first year at college, when I splashed out on an Olympus OM10 film SLR, a camera I still own to this day.”
Today, Tony uses a Nikon D610 combined with 3 main lenses:
- Nikkor 24-85mm f/3.5-4.5G ED IF AF-S VR wide angle zoom lens
- Nikkor 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED IF AF-S VR telephoto zoom lens
- Samyang 14mm f/2.8 ED AS IF UMC ultra wide angle fixed lens
Tina says:
“Before Tony and I got married, it was a running joke with my friends that I would always have my camera with me wherever we went. Nowadays, having discovered my love of nature photography, I prefer a lightweight camera which allows me to catch the perfect shot with the minimum of fuss.”
They live in Horsham, West Sussex, with their son Mikey (who is also keen on photography) and cat Fifi (who isn’t), but love coming up to Trefriw in Snowdonia as often as they can.
